10th Annual Push Up Challenge Month Long Virtual Fitness Challenge. A fun, friendly competition to push-up victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Archuleta County.
Who can YOU challenge? - Challenge a friend - Challenge a co-worker - Create a team and challenge a competing business or organization
The problem of sexual violence is not slowing down. Last year the statistic published by RAINN was that an American was sexually assaulted every 73 seconds. While 5 seconds does not seem like much, it equals 88 more victims every day.
This event bring awareness to our community. It lets victims of sexual violence feel heard and valued and it raises much needed funds to support a victim in their time of crisis and through their healing. Every dollar matters.

COST Registration is $25. We hope each participant will seeks pledges based on their push-up goal. Getting pledges is easy – ask friends and family to support you. They love to see you strong and healthy! You are challenged to raise $250. You can do this! *when you register you have access to our fundraising platform that makes it easy to share on social media or through email to get pledges!

THE RULES 1) Do push-ups any way you can, anywhere you can. Push yourself to have good form and do as many regular push-ups as you can. But knee push-ups count and help make you stronger! Please see out videos for good form curtesy of CrossFit Pagosa below in Tools 2) Share with friends and family to help raise awareness and much needed funds 3) Update our tracker pager to be eligible for prizes (you will get information on how to do this after you register)
