P.S. It's Okay

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

There are many agencies in Archuleta County that care and are available to offer you support as you work through your mental health. It's okay not to be okay.

If you are in crisis, please call 911. You can also call 988 for the 24/7 free, confidential Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Domestic and sexual violence can take a significant toll on a survivor's mental health. Rise encourages survivors to seek mental health care and support as well as family, friends and others who are close to survivors so they can be supportive in the survivors healing journey.  If you would like to be connected to local mental health resources, such as options for therapy, or if you need help navigating a domestic violence or sexual assault crisis that is harming your mental health, please call the Rise Above Violence 24/7 hotline at 970-264-9075 for free and confidential help.
