Domestic violence is more than just physical harm. It can take many forms, and recognizing the signs is crucial to helping those in need. Abuse can be emotional, psychological, financial or sexual, and, often, survivors may not even realize they are being abused. One way to build a safer community is for all members to learn how to recognize the signs of domestic violence.
By recognizing these signs, we can offer support, provide resources, and help survivors escape the cycle of violence.
